About the current preview
The downloadable Contact and Home previews generate enquiry drafts on your device. They do not transmit those form entries to Nextron. If you subsequently email a draft, your email service will send it to the recipient you select.

A product or support enquiry is not a subscription to promotional messages. Any future marketing use or materially different purpose should be explained separately, with the permission or other lawful basis required at the time.

The supplied HTML previews do not install analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser-storage features. Fonts and images are embedded or included locally. The previews do not use file uploads or an embedded map.
Opening a Google Maps link, an external resource or an email service takes you to a service with its own information practices. A deployed website’s hosting service may also process technical request information such as an IP address, requested page, browser details and time of access.

The final hosting logs, form-delivery tools, cookies, analytics providers, purposes and retention settings must be documented before launch. If optional tracking is introduced, the notice and any required preference controls must reflect that implementation.

A live enquiry service may involve providers for hosting, form delivery, email or customer-support records. The providers and their access must be confirmed before this draft is published.
Any appointed provider should receive only information needed for its task and handle it under appropriate confidentiality, security and processing arrangements. A request for product information does not authorise unrelated distribution of your contact details.

Write to info@nextron.co.in with the subject “Privacy request”. Include enough context to identify your enquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why verification is needed and provide an appropriate way to do so.
We may need to verify that a request relates to your information or that you are authorised to act for someone else. Requests should be assessed under the law applicable at the time, including any rights, exceptions and response requirements then in force. If a request cannot be fully met, the reason should be explained where permitted.
For an unresolved concern, ask for it to be escalated within Nextron. This does not restrict any complaint or remedy available to you under applicable law.

The enquiry service is intended for people able to make their own product or business enquiries. Children should not submit their own or another person’s personal information without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information that should not be held, contact us so that the matter can be reviewed. Any service specifically directed at children would require a separate assessment and the safeguards required by applicable law.

This policy should be updated when information practices or applicable requirements change. The published version will show its effective or last updated date. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate way, and additional permission obtained where required.
